The SEAHC HFS demonstration in North Carolina was completed by Total Maintenance, LLC and Ennis Paint, Inc. using the HFS product listed below:

(Note: Due to deterioration of the underlying pavement, this HFS installation was removed during the milling and repaving of the underlying asphalt pavement.)
